Job Description

Shift Type: Nights; 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Responsibilities : 

• (50%)* Provides nursing care using the Nursing Process by: Completing nursing assessment of patient and documenting appropriately in the patient chart. Develops a plan of care based upon the assessment of the patient. Implements plan of care and documents in the chart.
• (30%)* Evaluates patient’s response to care and updates plan of care.
• (20%)* Oversees the delegation of specifics of the patient plan of care to unit staff.
