**Job Title:** Registered Nurse (RN)**Job Specialty:** Med Surg**Job Duration:** **Shift:** 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM**Guaranteed Hours:** **Experience:** At least 6 months of nursing experience required; BSN preferred**License:** Authorized to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Oklahoma**Certifications:** BLS, NIH Certification (currently holds or willing to obtain)**Must-Have:** – Willingness to participate in rotation on-call and weekends**Job Description:**- Develop and implement total nursing care for patients through assessment, nursing diagnosis, and patient care plans.- Provide leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel to maintain standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.- Develop systems to deliver care to a population including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.- Work in a 12-bed unit with staffing ratios of 1:4-5, depending on acuity.- Monitor patients’ vital signs and physiological parameters using telemetry equipment.- Care for patients with a range of conditions, including heart failure, diabetes, and gastrointestinal diseases.- Ensure compliance with non-compete policies and agency hiring regulations.**Benefits:**- Sign-on bonus available- Consideration for a relocation bonus if a candidate moves to the specified location to accept the position.
