Travel Nurse RN – Med/Surg in Kerrville, TX

Offering up to a $15,000 sign on bonus for qualifying Full Time RN’s.

The RN obtains a health history on patients by telephone or appointment. When patient has appointment, the nurse does a physical assessment in addition to a history. orders preadmission tests following anesthesia’s criteria and physician orders. Uses nursing judgement when deciding which charts need to be seen by anesthesia.
Med Surg RN
Days 7a-7p, SIGN ON BONUS
Nights 7p-7a, SIGN ON BONUS
Classification/Area: RN
Area: Med/Surg
Salary/Hourly Pay: $29-$40 per hour depending upon experience plus $15,000 sign on bonus paid out over time
Desired Start Date: ASAP
Schedule Details:
- 3 shifts weekly.
- Must be available 4 out of 8 of the weekend shifts per month (day shift=Sat & Sun Night shift=Fri & Sat).
- Might not have to work all 4 shifts but must have availability for 4 of the 8 days.
3W is a MS Tele /stepdown Medical floor
2 W is a post surgical floor
