About the Role

Join our client’s team as a dedicated MedSurg professional, where your expertise will be pivotal in delivering exceptional patient care. This role offers a dynamic and supportive environment, perfect for those who thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Medical-Surgical unit during night shifts.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of patient care.

  • Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document care accurately.

  • Engage with patients and their families to offer support and education on health management.

  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Schedule

  • Work a consistent schedule of 36 hours per week, structured as three 12-hour shifts.

  • Commit to a 13-week assignment, with the opportunity to work every other weekend.
