Travel Nurse RN – Med/Surg – $2,825 per week in Memphis, TN

Job Description

**Job Title:** Registered Nurse

**Job Specialty:** Medical Surgical

**Job Duration:** 13 weeks

**Shift:** Night 4×12-Hour (19:00 – 07:00)

**Guaranteed Hours:**

**Experience:** Minimum of 2 years, strict requirement

**License:** Active RN license or compact license in compliance with guidelines

**Certifications:**

**Must-Have:**
– At least 1 completed previous travel assignment
– Large hospital experience
– Level I Trauma Center experience required
– Travel experience required
– Cerner experience preferred

**Job Description:**

– Provide exceptional care in a Medical Surgical unit
– Maintain a patient ratio of 1:6/7
– Available for on-call and weekend shifts as needed
– Must adhere to a 100-mile radius rule for travel nurses; locals not accepted
– Comply with all submitted requests for time off at the time of application submission
– Required to work 2 of 3 major holidays if they fall during the assignment period
– Must have flu vaccination with no exemptions
– Floating between like units and within 20 miles of campuses may occur, although rare
– Orientation is comprised of 16 hours
