Travel Nurse RN – Med/Surg – $2,478 per week in Winston Salem, NC

Must-Have:
– IV Start experience
– Telemetry experience

Description:
RTO after booking is not allowed and cannot be worked out onsite.
Any call-offs or additional RTO on the unit may result in a cancellation.
Minimum years of experience required is 2 years.
The unit will accept contracts for 13-26 weeks.
36 or 48 hours can be offered, with no OT billed until after 48 hours.
Shift will be 12-hour nights.
Floating is required as needed.
Every other weekend is mandatory.
Patients will be medical-surgical.
Unit systems include electronic medication management and electronic health records.
Orientation will consist of 24 hours.
Scrubs are required in navy and/or white.
Candidates must pass EKG testing prior to start for this specialty.
COVID-19 vaccine is not required, but the flu vaccine is required with medical or religious exemptions only.
Candidates may float within the hospital or to an affiliate hospital nearby based on skill sets and census.
Travel pairs are allowed but must work on different units.
References are required at the time of starting.
Travelers cannot work more than 5 days in a row or more than 60 hours in a week.
Modules are required and will vary by specialty.
Modules must be completed before starting and annually.
