Description:
The role involves working in a clinic setting with various specialties.
Patient types include outpatient general surgery, plastic surgery, urology, dermatology, and bariatrics/weight management.
The facility operates from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Travelers must live more than 100 miles away from the facility.
Permanent staff must wait one full year to return as travelers.
This position requires appropriate skills for first-time travelers in dermatology.
CNA support is available, and there is a charge nurse present.
The clinic has its own lab department for phlebotomy.
The charting system in use is EPIC.
Floating will occur within the department only.
Orientation is dependent on specialty and lasts 3-4 days.
Scheduling does not require weekend rotation or on-call duties.
Time off must be approved by the supervisor.
Scrub color is navy blue.
