Job Description

• Monitor and assess patients with acute conditions (e.g., post-surgical, cardiac, respiratory issues).

• Interpret and respond to telemetry (continuous cardiac monitoring) and report abnormal findings.

• Perform head-to-toe assessments and document findings accurately.

• Administer medications, including IV drugs, according to physician orders.

• Monitor patients for side effects or adverse reactions.

• Accurately document medication administration in the EMR.
