Must-Have: PICC line management experience and skills in starting IVs are required. Must be willing to take trach and laryngectomy patients. Experience is not required but must be willing to learn. Must be willing to take up to a 1:7 patient ratio if needed.

Description:
This position is for a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse.
The shift is three 12-hour days from 06:45 to 19:15.
The nurse will work every other weekend.
If time off is requested on a weekend, the nurse will be scheduled according to rotation and may work an additional weekend to make up for time away.
There is no on-call requirement.
Clinicians will float within the scope to meet facility needs as necessary.

Requests for time off will be reviewed based on unit scheduling.
Only one winter holiday can be requested off.
The position requires the ability to manage PICC lines and experience in starting IVs.
Cerner experience is preferred.
Nurses must be willing to take care of patients with tracheostomies and laryngectomies and learn as necessary.
All travelers will be required to float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals.
The candidates must comply with all facility requirements throughout the assignment.
