Travel Nurse RN – Med/Surg – $2,150 per week in Chillicothe, OH

Job Description

**Job Title:** Staff Nurse, Registered Nurse

**Job Specialty:** Med-Surg Adult

**Job Duration:** 13 weeks

**Shift:** Nights 7 PM – 7 AM

**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week

**Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience

**License:** Registered Nurse

**Certifications:** ACLS & BLS required

**Must-Have:** Experience with similar acuity levels

**Job Description:**

– Provide professional nursing care through the application of nursing skills and processes to develop, implement, and evaluate patients’ plan of care.
– Create an atmosphere that supports the mission to care, heal, and educate.
– Serve as the primary caregiver, providing direct patient care and collaborating with other care team members, the physician, and the patient/family to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
– Access confidential patient information and make decisions independently and in collaboration with others.
– Work under the direct supervision of the Nurse Manager and under the indirect supervision of the Director of Nursing.
– Be willing to float to similar or lower acuity units as required.
– Work every other weekend as part of the schedule.
– Utilize EPIC EMR system for patient documentation.
– Holiday coverage is required.
