Description:
The Staff Nurse, RN provides professional nursing care through the application of nursing skills and processes.
They develop, implement, and evaluate a patient’s plan of care while creating an atmosphere that supports the mission to care, heal, and educate.
The Staff Nurse, RN, as the primary caregiver, provides direct patient care and works collaboratively with other care team members, physicians, and the patient/family to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
The role requires access to confidential patient information and the ability to make decisions independently and in collaboration with others.
The Staff Nurse, RN works under the direct supervision of the Nurse Manager and under the indirect supervision of the Director of Nursing.
Candidates will be asked to float to similar units and may be asked to float to other locations.
Will work every other weekend.
