Travel Nurse RN – Med/Surg – $2,150 per week in Chillicothe, OH

Job Description

**Job Title:** Staff Nurse, RN

**Job Specialty:** Registered Nurse

**Job Duration:** 13 weeks

**Shift:** Days 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.

**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week

**Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience in Med Surg

**License:** Registered Nurse License

**Certifications:** As required by governing bodies

**Must-Have:** Experience working in Medical-Surgical units; willingness to float to similar units and other locations; ability to work every other weekend

**Job Description:**

– Provide professional nursing care by applying nursing skills and processes to develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
– Maintain an atmosphere that supports the mission to care, heal, and educate.
– Act as the primary caregiver, delivering direct patient care and collaborating with other care team members, physicians, and patients/families to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
– Access confidential patient information, making independent decisions as well as collaborating with others when necessary.
– Work under the direct supervision of the Nurse Manager and the indirect supervision of the Director of Nursing.
– Float to similar units and other locations as needed.
– Provide coverage during holidays as required.
