Travel Nurse RN – Med/Surg – $2,150 per week in Chillicothe, OH

Job Title: Registered Nurse
Job Specialty: Medical-Surgical Adult
Job Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights 7 PM – 7 AM
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
Experience: Minimum of 1 year
License: Registered Nurse (RN)
Certifications: ACLS, BLS

Must-Have:
– Ability to float to similar units or locations with similar or lower acuity.
– Willingness to work every other weekend.
– Experience with EMR systems, specifically EPIC.
– Ability to work during holidays.

Job Description:

– Provide professional nursing care through the application of nursing skills and processes.
– Develop, implement, and evaluate patients’ plans of care.
– Create an atmosphere that supports the mission to care, heal, and educate.
– Act as the primary caregiver and provide direct patient care.
– Collaborate with other care team members, physicians, and patients/families to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
– Access confidential patient information and make decisions independently and in collaboration with others.
– Work under the direct supervision of the Nurse Manager and indirect supervision of the Director of Nursing.
– Adhere to mandatory orientation hours and training sessions.
