Experience: Minimum of 18 months recent permanent Medical/Surgical Telemetry experience prior to travel.

License: Permanent Ohio license required; Compact licenses are accepted for starts from 1/1/23 and forward.

Certifications: BLS & ACLS required

Must-Have:
– Two references from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for are required.
– Travel reference required from the most recent assignment if the candidate has travel experience.
– Required certifications need to be active.

Job Description:
– Night shift, 3×12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
– Nicotine policy: Nurses and CSTs are exempt from nicotine-free facility requirements, but all other travelers must be nicotine-free.
– Negative 10-panel + nicotine (cotinine) drug screen required within 12 months of start, updated annually.
– Discuss all requests for time off during the interview; must be included at time of submission.
– BCI/FBI prints are time-sensitive, must be completed within 48 hours of signing the contract.
– Permanent candidates cannot return to the health facilities for 1 year from their previous end date.
– PBDS Assessment waived. ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation; an acceptable score on both assessments is required.
– Orientation comprises 16 non-billable hours.
