– Focus on surgical care, specializing in ortho-spine, joint, colorectal, and general surgery.
– Responsible for handling medical/telemetry overflow as needed.
– Maintain a maximum patient ratio of 1:6.
– Work within a 36-bed unit, providing comprehensive nursing care.
– Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care through proper assessment and planning.
– Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement and evaluate care plans.
– Monitor and record patient vitals and progress, adjusting care as necessary.
– Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
– Educate patients and their families about medical procedures and care routines.
– Uphold standards of nursing practice while adhering to all safety protocols.
