Description:
This position requires a registered nurse specializing in MS/Tele.
The role involves starting and managing IVs.
You will administer medications safely.
Monitoring vital signs and patient responses is essential.
You will educate patients on their treatments and self-care.
Collaboration with the care team on patient plans is expected.
Using EPIC EMR for charting is necessary.
You may need to float to lower acuity units if required.
Following hospital policies and maintaining patient safety are critical responsibilities.
