Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Travel Registered Nurse for a Med Surg Telemetry position.
The position involves working in a 42-bed unit concentrating on Cardiac Telemetry.
Nurses in this area provide care with a patient-nurse ratio of 1:6.
Care is focused on cardiac patients experiencing chest pain, shortness of breath, palpitations, and various cardiac arrhythmias.
The unit also cares for a range of medical patients, including those with pneumonia, gastrointestinal issues, COPD, diabetes, and occasional stroke.
Surgical patients may also be part of the nursing care responsibilities.
Our committed team of nursing and ancillary staff offers patient-centered care.
The goal is to support each specialized patient’s recovery to reach optimal outcomes.
Candidates must be willing to work every other weekend and float to other units as needed.
We accept candidates for either 36 or 48 hours per week.
