Description:
Looking for a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a Medical Surgical setting.
The role involves providing patient care during the night shift from Thursday to Saturday.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience, including travel assignments.
Orientation will consist of 16 hours to ensure a smooth transition to the role.
The typical nurse to patient ratio is 1:6.
Nurse aides are available for support, generally with a ratio of 1 aide for every 8 to 10 patients.
Floating to other departments may be required based on patient care needs.
Common diagnoses include a wide variety of medical conditions, requiring adaptability.
The healthcare environment is dynamic, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and quality patient care.
Candidates should be proficient in emergency response and familiar with electronic medical records.
Bipap, CPAP, and vapotherm equipment will be part of the care provided.
