Job Description:
As a Travel Med Surg RN, you’ll provide comprehensive care to adult patients with a variety of medical and surgical diagnoses. You’ll manage multiple patient conditions, support recovery, and work closely with interdisciplinary teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct nursing care to diverse adult patients
- Monitor patient status, administer medications, and perform assessments
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and allied health professionals
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure quality patient outcomes
- Provide education and emotional support to patients and families
Requirements:
- Active RN license (Compact license preferred)
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Minimum 1 year of recent Med Surg experience
- Strong clinical skills, time management, and adaptability
- EMR experience preferred (Epic, Cerner, or similar)
