**Job Description**:

– Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients.
– Monitor patient vitals and symptoms.
– Administer medications and maintain accurate patient records.
– Collaborate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
– Educate patients and families on surgical procedures, conditions, and recovery expectations.
– Utilize telemetry equipment to monitor and interpret patients’ heart rhythms and vitals.
– Respond to patient emergencies efficiently and effectively.
– Follow established policies, procedures, and protocols of the facility.
– Maintain a safe and caring environment for patients and staff.
– Participate in continuous education and professional development activities.
