Description:
Provide nursing care to patients in a medical/surgical/telemetry setting.
Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any changes to the medical team.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Assist with patient assessments and care plans.
Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
Communicate effectively with patients and their families about care plans and treatments.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
Demonstrate strong clinical skills and a commitment to quality care.
Participate in ongoing education and training as required.
