Description:
This position is for a registered nurse specializing in Medical-Surgical care.

The nurse will be working in a surgical trauma unit.
The unit has 18 beds with a patient ratio of 1:6.
Equipment used includes wound vacs, chest tubes, and Bipaps.
The electronic health record system utilized is Meditech.
The patient population primarily includes adults and geriatric patients.
Common procedures include joint replacements, colon resections, mastectomies, amputations, and general surgery.
The role requires critical thinking and excellent communication skills.
A team player mentality is essential for this position.
The dress code allows for any color or print of scrubs.
