The RN Clinical Nurse is a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team of licensed and unlicensed caregivers.

Expectations include knowledge of the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and adherence to the Scope of Practice and Code of Ethics Standards.
The clinical nurse engages in relationship-based, patient-centered care that adapts to population-specific characteristics.
They partner with patients and significant others, ensuring their goals are the focus of care plans.
The role includes coordinating the delivery and documentation of safe, quality patient care.
Teamwork, collaboration, and communication among interdisciplinary teams are essential.
