Does the charge nurse take an assignment?: Yes- Are there nurse aids on this unit/Ratios: Yes, 12 – 1- RT Equipment : Nasal, face masks, bipap- Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? The weekend requirement for 5th floor @ St. Joseph s is 6 weekend shifts per 12 weeks and weekend is Saturday and Sunday. The weekend shifts may or may not be together. MANAGER DOES NOT GUARANTEE BLOCKED SCHEDULING. travelers can self-schedule however, they may not get that the exact schedule they put in. The manager will even out the schedule and move staff to ensure there are consistent numbers for each shift for the 12 week schedule. – Holiday Requirements: Yes- Is there call or a standby requirement?:.
