Description:
We are seeking a Registered Nurse for a Med/Surg specialty position.
This role will involve working in an oncology unit.
The schedule consists of 12-hour AM shifts.
The nurse will work 36 hours per week.
Every other weekend commitment is required.
Common diagnoses include post-surgical, orthopedic, urology, general, and bariatric cases.
Experience with sepsis, urinary tract infections, and cellulitis is beneficial.
The nurse-to-patient ratio is 6:1.
Charting will be conducted using Cerner.
Scrub color requirements apply.
Areas of float support include COVID-19 and telemetry units.
No special procedures are required for this position.
