Candidate must have Hawaii License by start of assignment. This is an 34 bed adult surgical General Job duties. Types of procedures required. Standard RPN III duties/skills. Knowledgeable in surgical pre/postoperative care Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. Vital signs machines; IV & PCA pumps; WOWS/EMR charting; Pyxis. Required skills and minimum years of experience. Standard RPN III skills (at least 2 yrs. experience) in order to be proficient in duties and role as a registered nurse; strong work experience in pre/postoperative nursing (i.e. abdominal surgeries, like lap chole/appy, mastectomies, thyroidectomies, chest tubes, drains Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. REQUIRED: BLS. ACLS. Shift or schedule requirements. Travelers will be assigned three 12 hour shifts per week. Floating to other units/departments. Travelers may be assigned to float to other units.
