Unit Profile:
The purpose of this unit profile is to provide an understanding of the unit.
The unit has a total of 36 beds.
The staff consists of a Charge Nurse, RNs, LVNs, Patient Care Technicians, and Unit Clerks.
Patient ratios are approximately 4-6 patients per nurse.
The unit utilizes EMR for documentation.

Typical procedures performed include surgical care within the medical-surgical specialty.
Ideal candidates will be team-oriented and possess a friendly demeanor.
Dress code requires navy scrubs.

The unit has won several awards, including multiple DAISY awards in September 2023.
