**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 weekly hours

**Experience:** Minimum of 1 year

**Certifications:** BLS

**Must-Have:** Ability to work every other weekend, Mandatory availability for Easter and Memorial Day

**Job Description:**

– Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a medical/surgical setting.
– Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
– Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
– Monitor patient health and report any changes in condition.
– Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
– Educate patients and their families about health conditions and post-hospital care.
– Uphold standards of professional nursing practice at all times.
– Must demonstrate effective communication and critical-thinking skills.
