Pay Rate: $39-$45/hr
Shift: Days & Evenings (5*8)
Start Date: Two weeks from the date of position offered.

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate should have experience working with individuals with disabilities, in assisted living facilities, or home care settings.
Duties
- Perform nursing care following established nursing service objectives and standards
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Assist with IV insertion, catheterization, and other medical procedures
- Provide direct patient care in various settings such as primary care, occupational health, and case management
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health record systems
Experience:
The following skills and experiences are required or nice-to-have for this role:
- Experience working with people with disabilities.
- Familiarity with assisted living or home care environments.
- Proficiency in IV insertion and catheterization.
- Knowledge of travel nursing practices.
- Experience in case management and primary care settings.
- Understanding of occupational health principles.
- Familiarity with healthcare systems and electronic health records.
Requirements
- Minimum a year of experience required.
- Active BLS required.
- Active LPN-MN License required.
