Job Description:
– Provide direct nursing care following established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.
– Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring effective and personalized care delivery.
– Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition appropriately.
– Serve as the primary coordinator for all disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care.
– Assess and coordinate patient’s discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
– Work in a Level 3 Perinatal Center, ensuring specialized care for patients.
