Position is responsible for administering clinical development programs that allow for SEARHC to support and grow our own clinical talent in areas such as Nursing, CNA’s, Medical Assistants, and Behavioral Health Aides. Additionally, this position is responsible for partnering with clinical leaders to establish standardized clinical competencies. Supports the evaluation and completion of those competencies in a way that adheres to SEARHC policies and all accreditation standards.
