• Shifts: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

Position Summary:
We are actively hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join a comprehensive care team in Portland, OR. The FNP will provide full-scope primary care and mental health services across the lifespan. This role emphasizes autonomy, clinical collaboration, and a focus on patient wellness, prevention, and chronic disease management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough physical and mental health assessments
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs
• Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver patient education and promote health and wellness
• Manage mental health conditions through assessment and medication
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Required Qualifications:
• Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing with Family Nurse Practitioner specialization
• Active RN license in Oregon
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC)
• Minimum of 2 years’ clinical experience in primary care or mental health
• Proficient in patient-centered care, communication, and collaborative teamwork
