Description:
Registered Nurse (RN) in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) provides critical care to patients with life-threatening conditions. Responsibilities include continuous monitoring, administering complex medications, operating life-support equipment, and responding to medical emergencies. The RN works closely with physicians and the care team to deliver high-intensity, individualized care. Strong clinical judgment and the ability to perform under pressure are essential.
Registered Nurses are responsible for the assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care delivery. The Registered Nurse provides clinical leadership to the patient care team for the assigned shift.
