Job Description
Shift- Night 3*12 hours – 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Weekend Requirements: Every Other Weekend
On Call Requirements: No
Submission Requirements
- 2+ years of ICU Experience – Required
- BLS (AHA) & ACLS (AHA) – Required
- IL RN License – Required

- Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty
- 2 Supervisory References with dates employed listed
- Candidates’ Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates -50-mile radius restriction)
