**Job Title:** Registered Nurse (RN)**Job Specialty:** Intensive Care Unit (ICU)**Job Duration:** Permanent**Shift:** Day – 3×12 – 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week**Experience:** Minimum of 6+ months of ICU experience required**License:** Active Oklahoma License required**Certifications:** BLS and NIH Certification required; Current or willingness to obtain**Must-Have:** BSN required**Job Description:**- Develop and implement comprehensive nursing care for ICU patients through assessment and nursing diagnosis.- Create and manage patient care plans.- Provide leadership by collaborating effectively with ancillary nursing staff and other healthcare team members.- Maintain standards for professional nursing practice in a clinical setting.- Develop systems to deliver care across various age groups, including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.- Participate in on-call and weekend rotation as required. **Note:** A relocation bonus is available for those who need to move to a specified location for this position.
