Job Description

Beds: 14-bed ICU Patient Ratios: 1:2 Patients in the ICU typically require intensive monitoring and support for critical conditions including:
-Cardiac conditions such as heart failure or arrhythmias.
-Respiratory issues requiring mechanical ventilation or advanced oxygen therapy.
-Multi-organ failure or sepsis.
-Post-operative recovery for high-risk surgical procedures Nurses are expected to manage complex care, administer critical medications, and perform advanced interventions like arterial lines, central lines, and hemodynamic monitoring.
