Job Title: RN – ICU
Location: Fort Defiance, AZ 86504
Shift: 12-hour shift, maybe required to work up to 48 hours/week. Must be flexible, includes days, nights, weekends and holidays. Maximum of 2 shift call offs.

Job Type: Contract
Duration: 13 Weeks with possible extensions
Start Date: 7/21/2025

Position Summary:

• EXPERIENCE: ICU Registered Nurse: Candidates must have a minimum of (2) two years recent experience in specialty in order to be considered. Candidate must have Charge Nurse experience.

  SHIFT: 12-Hour Shifts, but flexible to work days or nights, weekends, and holidays, if needed.

  CERTIFICATION(S): American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, and Conscious Sedation certification
