Travel Nurse RN – ICU/Critical Care – $2,197 per week in Roanoke, VA

Certifications: BLS and ACLS required

Must-Have:
– Epic experience required
– Comfortable working all ICU and PCU units
– Ability to work at least 1 holiday per 13-week assignment, with additional holidays during winter

Description:
Resource Pool RN in ICU/PCU required for an ASAP start.
Candidates must be comfortable working in all ICU and PCU units.
Staffing office reviews needs of the full facility every 4 hours.
Resource Pool nurses could be pulled or floated to another unit every 4 hours if needed.
Patient ratios are 2:1 in ICU and 5:1 in PCU.
All time-off requests must be sent upfront.
Compliance documents are due prior to the start date.
Travelers who reside within 100 miles of the facility are considered local candidates.
Local candidates are not accepted.
Previous employees must be gone for a minimum of one year before returning to work.
No travelers will be allowed to return after working for 365 days, except for specific circumstances reviewed by leadership.
Orientation is 24 hours non-billable.
Modules are non-billable if completed within the first 24 hours of onboarding.
Completion of modules may occur pre-start or during orientation.
Hours vary based on specialty.
Modules will be recorded by facility report and paid upon receipt of approved hours.
