Job Title: ICU Registered Nurse

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience required
License: Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing
Certifications: ACLS and BLS required
Must-Have: Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans.
Description:
Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care.
Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching of patients and families.
Effectively communicates pertinent patient and family information to the healthcare team.
Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions.
Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services.
Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare personnel.
One week of requested time off will be allowed.
Every other weekend is required.
