License: Current RN Licensure required for State.

Must-Have: Minimum 2-Year Degree; Preferred 4-Year Degree.

Description:
The Critical Care RN is responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Clearly communicates, both orally and in writing, to foster staff and patient understanding of the treatment plan.
Displays sensitivity to the patient’s needs such as physical, spiritual, and emotional, and evaluates response to the delivery of care.
Supports and promotes organizational programs to ensure quality patient care.
Effectively manages department/patient activities in a time-efficient manner to ensure the delivery of care is well-organized and proficient.
Provides quality customer service to patients, families, coworkers, and other members of the interdisciplinary healthcare team to create a professional and respectful environment.
