Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse, ICU
Experience: 2 years
Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted)
Certifications: ACLS-AHA(Copy needed); BLS-AHA(Copy needed)
SSN Required
DOB Required
References: 1 Reference in entire work history
Must have 2 years RN Case Management experience, with experience in a long-term acute care setting. discharge planning, clinical case management & utilization review
Candidate must have experience working at a Kindred Hospital
