Shift: Days, 8-Hour Shifts (Monday–Friday)
Location: 50 Water Street, 6th Floor, New York, NY 10004
Experience: Minimum 2 years of acute care experience in MedSurg, Maternal and Child Health, Critical Care, or Pediatrics
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Start Date: 05/26/2025
On-Call: Not Specified
Coverage Area: Manhattan Borough
Patient Age Range: 7 – 100 years
Case Load: 5–8 patient visits per day

Position Summary:

Our client is seeking compassionate and experienced Registered Nurses to deliver high-quality care to adult patients in a home health setting. This position requires excellent time management, adaptability, and strong clinical assessment skills to serve a diverse patient population throughout the Manhattan borough.

Job Duties:

  • Provide in-home nursing care to adult patients with a wide range of medical needs

  • Conduct patient assessments and create individualized care plans

  • Monitor patient progress and coordinate with physicians and home care teams

  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and preventative care

  • Maintain accurate documentation of visits and patient outcomes

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience in MedSurg, Maternal and Child Health, Critical Care, or Pediatrics

  • Certifications: AHA BLS required

  • Licensure: Active New York State RN License 

  • COVID-19 Vaccine
