Weekend Requirements: Rotating Weekends as needed (2-3 per month)

Rate: $2,396/40-hours



Requirements:

  • 2+ year Home Health experience

6 months of Home Health experience – Preferred
If they do not have home health experience then we would require at least 2 years of medical surgical or skilled nursing facility.
Travel experience
Active and clear driver’s license and car insurance
Hawaii license
Homecare Home Base and OASIS
COVID and FLU vaccine
Bachelor’s degree – preferred
Case Manager experience – preferred
Mileage reimbursed at .43 cents per mile (lower than IRS established rate)
Hawaii license
