Pay Rate: $55-$63/hr
Start Date: Two weeks from the date of position offered.
Job Type: 13 weeks contract

Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse in Home Health, you will provide compassionate and quality care to patients in the comfort of their homes. You will be responsible for assessing patient health needs, developing care plans, and implementing medical interventions to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Perform venipuncture and other nursing procedures as needed.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management and preventive care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, updating care plans as necessary.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in geriatrics or home health.
- Proficiency in memory care, urgent care, senior care, and internal medicine.
- Experience with Cerner or similar electronic health record systems.
Requirements:
- Minimum one year experience required.
- Active BLS certification.
- Active RN-CA license required.
