Description:
We are seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in Home Health.
The ideal candidate will provide nursing services in a home setting.
Daily patient care includes managing chronic conditions such as cardiac issues, heart failure, COPD, and wound care.
The typical patient-to-nurse ratio is 1:1.
Candidates must have experience with patient assessments, drainage systems, medication management, and family teaching.
Experience with Homecare Homebase EMR is required.
CADD IV pump experience is preferred.
This is a weekend-only position involving shifts from Friday to Monday.
On-call duties are not required, except during holiday weekends if applicable.
Successful applicants will be expected to demonstrate strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient care.
