Job Title: RN Emergency Room
Location: Aberdeen, WA 98520
Pay Rate: Up to $2578/week

Position Summary: 

  • This is a 13 week contract for dayshift 0630-1900, 12 hour shifts, 36 hours a week with the ability to pick up extra shifts.
  • Current Washington State license or Multi state license with the following verifications. 1) approved 6-hour suicide training. 2) Verification of demographics from Nursys.
  • Knowledge of Meditech is helpful but not required. Must be a team player with experience and knowledge as an Emergency Dept nurse.
  • We are located Close to the PNW beaches and the Olympic National Forrest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Being ready to respond and equipped to deal with a medical emergency.
  • Quickly assessing patient needs.
  • Treating critical injuries, allergic reactions, and trauma.
  • Performing minor medical operations.
  • Cleaning wounds. Drawing blood.
  • Maintaining emergency room care standards.
  • Assisting with insurance paperwork.
  • Ensuring the efficiency of the patient check-in process.
  • Displaying strong decision-making skills in emergency scenarios.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3 years of RN Emergency Room experience
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC and NIHSS Certification
  • Compact or WA State RN License
