– Experience in high acuity ERs
– Experience with patient ratios of 5:1

Job Description:
– Work in a fast-paced setting with 27 beds and a staff of approximately 50 RNs and 25 medics.
– Perform procedures including RSI, sepsis interventions, stroke protocol with tPA administration, central line placement, and care of psychiatric patients.
– Handle transfers to other facilities in compliance with EMTALA.
– Collaborate smoothly with colleagues, maintaining a relaxed, friendly, and team-oriented environment.
– Work under the guidelines and policies of the unit with no on-call responsibilities.
– Required weekend shifts include four weekend shifts within a four-week scheduling period.
– Must wear navy blue or white scrubs as per dress code.
