Must-Have:
Ability to read, write, and speak the English language

Description:
The RN Clinical Nurse in the Emergency Department is a member of an interdisciplinary team providing high-quality, safe patient care.
This role encompasses the Nursing Process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of clinical care using evidence-based practice.
Individualized care is coordinated through effective partnerships with patients and their significant others.
Relationship-based patient-centered care is provided while considering population-specific characteristics.
Patients and significant others are engaged in the care process to ensure their goals are prioritized.
Current clinical practice standards are upheld in daily operations.
The role involves coordination of safe quality patient care and documentation.
Participation in timely documentation and effective communication methods is essential.
Teamwork and collaboration are fundamental components, fostering an inclusive clinical environment.
Leadership in performance improvement activities is expected, backing research utilization to enhance patient care.
Ongoing professional development and competency assessments are required to maintain clinical excellence.
Preceptorship and mentorship for other nursing professionals are part of this role to cultivate a skilled workforce.
