Job Description

Shift Notes: Days: 5×8 hr shifts; No Call; Every other weekend including holiday rotation: 40 hrs/week
Weekend Requirements: Every Other Weekend/Holiday Rotation
No on call

Travelers must be COVID vaccinated; Medical/Religious Exemptions provided upon request

  • NO Locals will be accepted if residential address resides within 60 miles of facility

As a member of the interdisciplinary team, contributes professional nursing knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients through the application of the nursing process.

EMR – EPIC

OT/Holiday Multiplier: 1.25x

  • weekly guarantee of 36-40 hrs/week, OT billable after 40 hrs
  • weekly guarantee of 48 hrs/week, OT billable after 48 hrs

NBO: 8 hrs

May float across all campuses:  TRI, Moline, Bettendorf & Muscatine

  • IL RN license active at time of submission.  If IA RN or Compact RN license is NOT active, MUST show proof of application for the license before cleared to start

Submission Requirements

  • Current Endo experience
  • hospital/medical center experience
  • BSN degree desired

 

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Work history/resume
  • Home/taxable address (just need to be listed somewhere in profile, ex. resume, in the notes section of the submittal)
  • Skills checklist (must have been completed within 1 year of submission date)
  • License verification
  • Copy of BLS (AHA) or ARC
  • References – highly preferred (if not provided, will be required to complete during onboarding if candidate accepts an offer)

Certification Requirements

  • ACLS
  • BLS

State License Requirements

  • Illinois

Additional License Requirements

  • IA single state or compact RN license accepted — IA license can pend to start
