License: Active nursing license for the state of employment

Certifications: Must be willing to obtain necessary certifications. Certifications do not need to be active at the time of submission.

Must-Have:
– Charge RN experience in the dialysis setting
– Capability of taking charge RN role
– Proficiency in electronic medical records
– Experience in ICHD/PD/HHD

Job Description:

– Oversee a group of patients along with patient care technicians, conducting patient observations, measuring stats, and setting up dialysis machines.
– Focus on building relationships and bonds with patients and their families to improve patient quality of life.
– Provide high-quality care to patients suffering from End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).
– Opportunity for candidates open to relocation.
– Possible weekend shifts may be required.
